    Event Concept & Environmental Design

    Original artwork developed for your event, from a bespoke color palette and motif to a fully considered look and feel for the day. This is where your celebration's visual identity begins, expressed through custom welcome signs, seating charts, bar menus, reception walls, backdrops, sweetheart table surrounds, and ceremony arch signage.

    A great celebration lives in its details. Custom fans, favor tags, vow books, welcome bag inserts, gift wrap, and sticker seals, all carrying the same original artwork through to the smallest touchpoints of the day.

The Wedding Stationery Suite is designed to be an extension of our Concept & Environmental Design work, and is offered primarily to clients investing in that full vision. How we work

Before anything goes to print, we start with the feeling of the day itself. Original hand-drawn sketches, venue illustrations, and botanical studies form the foundation of a complete creative concept, developed specifically for your celebration.

From there we build a full event style guide, color palette, typography, pattern design, and monogram, that governs every surface, every vendor, and every touch-point across the entire celebration. Signage, environmental design, the paper suite, and day-of details all flow outward from that single original creative vision.

This level of craft is intentional and fully custom, nothing templated, nothing AI-generated. We work best alongside a wedding planner or day-of coordinator who's already shaping the logistics of your celebration, so our creative energy can go entirely toward the art. Design fees for a full engagement typically begin at $3,500, with printing and production quoted separately.

  • All Fleuritage work is original and human-made. No AI, no templates, no stock art. If your client has an existing color palette, venue aesthetic, or visual reference, we design within that direction. If the visual world is still being developed, we build it from scratch in close collaboration with you.

  • A full stationery suite typically requires three to four months from brief to delivery to allow for design, illustration, proofing, and print production. Signage and day-of details can be produced on a shorter timeline depending on scope. We recommend reaching out as early in the planning process as possible.

  • Fleuritage designs, prints, and ships complete. There is no separate printer to manage. Your client receives finished, print-ready pieces delivered to their door.

  • Either. Some planners bring us in for a full suite from save the dates through day-of details. Others need a specific element, a ceremony program, a seating chart, a signature signage piece. We're comfortable with both.
